Melissa - Squash takes over everything and I just don't have the space. It is impressive but the yellow squash that I planted was not so tasty. I only got two carrots last time. This time I will totally plant more. I'm not a fan of basil but parsley is a must. My oregano is already coming back! I can't wait to start too but who knows when I'll actually have a free weekend. Things are booking up like crazy!

Beth - that's awesome! My peppers didn't do a thing last year (weird) so I'm passing on them this time. Definitely put a fence because the rabbits WILL eat everything. It's disappointing when they do because of all the work you put in. I read about the fertilization with the corn (prolly why mine didn't grow last year). I will try again. Happy gardening to you. I bet M & C will love helping or at least harvesting :P

We just bought some of our plants tonight! Tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, broccoli (a first for us), and strawberries (I've been dying to try these! The rabbits will probably get them though :( ). We've done corn in previous years, but you need a lot of space, and you need to plant a lot of it to cross fertilize...or something like that. Happy gardening!!!!
