I had the wonderful opportunity of shooting my friend Dyan and her two boys the other day.  I hadn’t seen her since High School (thanks Facebook!) and she was just as pretty as I remembered.  Her boys were smart and handsome and a pleasure to work with.  Thanks for such a fun afternoon!

He’s got the bug. The building bug. I had it and still do. Give me a project, make sure it is challenging, and I’m all over it. I can tell, Ben will be the same. He gets frustrated when his tower of blocks fall but after his little episode, he tries again. It is a wonderful thing to be able to figure things out and I totally thank my Pop for that trait. I remember sitting and watching him do everything. “Watch and learn” he would say.

I did just that.

Thanks so much for all the ideas on “keeping it simple”. I have read flylady before but got a little nuts from her. My sister found her a long time ago. I do try and keep a sparkly sink though. LOL. Jill – I make piles now in each room when I clean. I’ve cut down on the wasting time walking from room to room. Melissa – 27 things? Does mail count? Beth – I agree…I just have to DO IT!

Boy how I forget to do this.  I need to unclutter and organize around here.  I’m up to my eyeballs with stuff!  Anyone have some interesting ways on how I can start?  (and don’t tell me to throw everything out (Jill)) hahaha.

                                                                                                                   So this company contacted me a month ago saying that they wanted to use my photo for an ad for Sprint/Myspace. I of course said, “YES!”. I have been checking for a whole month, everyday, over and over and over again. My F5 button is worn.

It wasn’t even that great but Sprint dressed it up and animated it and now it looks so CUTE!  I love it!

After speaking to my cousin-in-law yesterday, I am inspired to really get my act together and focus on marketing myself.  I have so many projects going on at the moment that I need to cut back and get my photography business underway.  Today (NOW) I will work on my new website and try (I said try) to list something in my Etsy shop.  I feel some sun shining down on me today.  It is warm and motivating.  Here I go….
