The girls (Harriet, Aunt Ellen, Heather and me) attended my soon to be SIL’s Bridal shower this weekend.  It was a great day from start to finish.  The ride up was full of laughs and it was an easy drive to Pleasantville.  Marti looked beautiful and introduced us to her family and friends.  Everyone was warm and friendly.  Her sister surprised her with a special book of “words of wisdom” that we all secretly contributed to.  The above photo was the moment her Mom read her special message to Marti.  It was beautiful.

My baby cousin and her beautiful Mama, Allegra.  I can’t get over the cheeks, I JUST CAN’T!  They are beyond cute.  I love this shot because you could just see how much love Mama has for her baby.  I feel that feeling every day with Ben and it is totally awesome.

The time has come….

born on Julie’s Birthday – Happy Birthday Jules!

My friend Emily invited us to go to a local train show today.  I didn’t have any idea of what to expect.  I was really surprised.  Have any of you ever been to one of these things?  Craig was amazed too.  The elaborate setup was astonishing.  Ben had a blast.  He kept saying, “More Choo Choo”.  It was pretty funny.  Craig snapped this shot of me and him which I decided to post because there are so few that exist.  Wish you could have stayed longer Ems…..

We are off to a great start.  We celebrated with good friends at our house this year.  It was really fun.  Thanks Melissa for bringing over such swanky champagne.  It was delish!

January will kick off something BIG for me.  A new photography website is rolling out this week.  Can you stand the wait?  I will send out an email with the launch.  If you aren’t on my mailing list, please write me and let me know your address.   

Also, Flamenco classes start this Wednesday at Variations, a dancers studio.  Located in Huntington.  Beginner lesson starts at 7pm and Intermediate at 8pm.

My cousin (on Craig’s side) had a baby yesterday!  Congratulations Aimee.  Anna Lucille weighed in at 7lbs. 11oz. (same as Ben!)
